So, here’s the deal—some of you long-time Punks might recall those epic moments when PiPiggies dropped surprise releases that hit targets and shattered records. Well, today, we’re about to break another record, and it’s a big one. This is the LARGEST share ever on Arcade Punks—a mind-blowing 12 Terabyte RetroBat build, fully loaded and ready to go. We’re kicking things off with “Part One” (under 300gb) today, and in the video below, you can check out the entire build.

What Do I do ?

• Download the files using your chosen method (help)
• Extract to the root of your R: drive (extract help) (create drive R: Win11 Help Win10 Help)
• Go into RetroBat folder
• Launch RetroBat

From The PiPiggies:

1) Must set drive letter as R: in order for everything to be recognized. There are actually hardcoded linking for some systems that require it.

2) There is a Prerequisites folder with helpful software including directX and Visual C++ files which are required prior to launching RetroBat.

3) Mostly vanilla RetroBat v6.2 with default controller mapped. Default decorations, filters, etc are all that are in place Leaving custom preferences to be to your heart’s content.

4) Added several dozen retro synth music tracks for ES.

5) Atari ST and other retro computer systems may/will require Pad2Key configuration.

6) Some systems require keyboard such as some Windows PC games and Apple2.

7) Windows games are set up using .lnk files in the Windows Roms folder. The actual PC games are in a PC Games folder at the root of the drive. If you add more PC games add them as their respective folders in the PC Games and then copy then modify the copied .lnk files. Some games may require a keyboard. Some games may not easily exit with Start + Hot Key Therefore you may have to manually close/exit.

8) Many games that typically are seen in Ports in Retropie/Batocera for example had to be moved due to how RB identifies “ports”. These games are located in a Homebrew-Ports folder in the root of the drive. They are added into the windows rom folder as .lnk files with (HOMEBREW) in the name of the game in the gamelist.xml.

9) Teknoparrot will most likely require custom work, but the games are there. This is typical as your controller may need to be specifically configured per game. Did not want to make assumptions that an xbox controller is being used. A YouTube channel called Just Jamie has an excellent tutorial on how to work with the emulator.

10) Nintendo Switch games are split. The actual games are located in the Switch rom folder however the updates per game are in their respective folder in the Switch Game Updates folder in the root of the drive.

This is because Ryujinx requires you to install each update/DLC file per game. All of the updates and DLC files have been installed so you will only need to worry about new entries if you choose to add them.

11) There are dozens of homebrew/hack games mixed in many 8 bit, 16 bit, and 32 bit systems. They have (HACK) or (HOMEBREW) in the game name. They were all manually built into the gamelist.xml along with corresponding media custom created.

12) For reference this is not a dump from one of the Chinese drive sellers. This has been a culmination of several years of work and effort.

13) Your mileage may vary as they say on performance. The machine this was built on runs all systems decent enough with the following specs: Ryzen 2700X CPU, DDR4 8GB RAM, and RTX 2060 6GB video card.
